Did You Know ... ?

If I'm not writing then I'm singing. Paul bought me a karaoke for christmas about 4 years ago and its probably one of the best presents I've ever received as an adult.

I'm not sure my neighbours would agree with me though LOL!

Modern Short Stories

I've always found writing short stories a tough little trick to master. They're compact and fast and dramatic right from the get go and if you don't love connect with the character instantly then its over before you had chance to make an impact. Only my best efforts make it here

Novel Extracts

My first ever Novel began on july afternoon, the sun was beating down and I sat on my doorstep slowly turning an maginificent shade of crimson. Yes, I burn easily without suncream. It was two and a half years later before I began writing it. And its been three years since I first wrote the opening line "I'm and arse, please forgive me" ... still the journey I have taken with Life's A Ball? has opened up a whole new world.

Spooky

To the friend who's always there

To the one who always cares

To the girl who always cheers

To the sister who always hears

To the friend not afraid to say

To the one that won't turn away

To the girl who made me believe

to take a chance, to chase the dream

We share no blood, no DMA

But our friend, I dare do say

Has stood the test of time, its broke the mould

the number of years makes you sound old

After all this time, its a little bit cookey

Our sisterly bond is still a bit spooky
